As a healthcare provider our focus will remain in medicine, however we also aim on housing unique roles, allowing individuals to pursue their roleplay ideas with our support. Physical Therapists, Dietician, Social Media, and many, many more and just examples.
Numerous professions have been well-established into our faction and we cannot function without their existence. These are our physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, paramedics and our support staff such as security guards, pharamicsts, janitors and many more.
Before applying, make sure you have done sufficient research and are ready for a great new start at a new job. If not, do not hesitate to reach out to us using the different channels set in place for you. Be it via phone, e-mail, a message through our social media page, we are looking forward to your questions and concerns.
Once you have sent in your application, allow us to review it. This usually happens right away, but can take up to 48-hours. If the time should exceed 48-hours, please make us aware as no one should wait longer than that to have their application acknowledged.
As soon as that's done, you will either be invited to a face-to-face interview with an individual from the Human Resources Department and/or a representative of the department you have applied for, or your application will be set to pending or get denied for reasons, which will be made public to you. A denial reason can always be appealed by Senior Leadership.
(( Pillbox Hill Medical Center is one of various legal and government factions specialized in medical roleplay. While we are funded by Legal Faction Management, in no way are we affiliated or dependent on the municipal nor State Government. As such, our facility is running on its own with the help of its members. Compared to other factions, you could say that we are a niche faction, engaging with a certain group of the community. Hence, we try to interact with ourselves and get in new ideas to widen our opportunities. Feel free to become a part of us to shape our faction's future with us! We do not expect you to know everything. However, practitioners within the faction are expected to be leaders in the servers medical community — they are going to be role models for subordinate faction members. With this in mind, we encourage any player, who believes they have the appropriate knowledge and will to learn, to apply for residency or an attending position within the faction. Therefore, we have established many entry roles for you to come learn. Regular and senior roles are expected to have researched their character's background story and as such their education as well as their realistic age. ))
