I currently work as a maintenance technician at the Maze Bank Tower in downtown Los Santos. In my current job I perform routine maintenance of the building such as cleaning graffiti, swapping out lightbulbs, repairing any structural damage, addressing plumbing or electrical issues, and applying paint to areas where the building is beginning to show age.

PHMC is located just down the road from where I currently work. I've bumped into employees from PHMC and I've had a few suggest I apply for a position as a maintenance tech. I don't see any available openings so someone suggested I apply as a janitor to get my application into the system.
