I was given the opportunity to work in the Psychology department at St. Mary's General Hospital along with co-workers whom assisted me in refining my talk therapy. The wide spectrum of clinical practice has allowed me to sharpen my communication and research skills, and therefore I strongly emphasize the importance of effective communication in order to perform successful work.

I have encountered numerous people throughout my life who were in need of professional help that unfortunately couldn't obtain it in time, therefore the reasons that led me to present my candidature for PHMC are manifold and I will briefly try to describe them in a succinct way. As a curious individual, I had the privileged opportunity to be surrounded by people who encouraged me to pursue my dreams and thus I discovered my calling for psychology many years ago. I truly thrive on the ability of helping and ensuring the safety and well-being of others and, even in challenging situations, I am never hesitant to ask my colleagues for help and do research as it is a vocation I found since I set foot in the very first facility. I never considered my job as "fixing" people's chemical reactions or trying to "open their eyes", but rather helping them to understand better the process they are going through and guiding them along the path of whatever they decide to follow.
