Hello,
my name is Kwanisha Scott. I would first like to begin by saying that I do not believe that I should be chosen over any other applicants and I believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to pursue and advance in a career that they aspire to have despite having or not having any of the qualities necessary to complete this job. I believe that those qualities can be taught or learned with enough time, experience and practice.
I was raised in an area of Los Santos that has one of the worst reputations there is, whether it is regarding poverty, crime and/or education. I witnessed firsthand what it is like to live a life without having a career or plan for the future, and I will do whatever is necessary for me to avoid that outcome and succeed in life. I was told by my elders that I should pursue a career that I would genuinely enjoy and want to wake up to every day until my retirement date. At a very young age, it was always my childhood dream to someday have a career as a nurse or anyone responsible for saving or changing the lives of those around me, whether they were strangers or well-known. I can admit that my life has been a struggle and luckily I prevailed and managed to move myself away from an environment that affected me negatively and prevented me from applying for this position sooner.
I decided that I would like to become a student nurse because I care. I care about my family, friends, and everyone around me just as much as I care for myself. I would like to be someone who is making a difference in the world. I would like to be someone who can be called upon to aid. I strive to be someone who is responsible for saving a life, only to make myself feel better, and not be famous. I want to better myself mentally and be placed in a position where I am forced to learn something new on a daily basis. I want to see men, women, and children smile whenever they see me. I would like to be there for others, as no one was there for me in my life. I would like to begin my own family one day and be equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to be able to take care of their health and their needs financially. I would like to set an example for my future offspring and show how important it is to pursue your goals and dreams in life, to want to pursue a career worth pursuing because of their mother.
I have been told many times about how intelligent, compassionate, and rational I am by my peers and family. There is nothing in this world that will compromise my integrity. I have seen the good and the bad in many people and this has only made me more mature and better equipped for the harsh reality that we live in. I became self-aware of what it is like to be in desperate need at a very young age, to not have anyone around you who is capable of even offering a solution, and I believe that this position as a Student Nurse would be the perfect stepping stone that helps me become the best person that I can be in this world.

Kwanisha Nicole Scott is a twenty-one-year-old woman. She was born in Los Santos and raised in the southernmost part of the city, which also happened to be one of the most violent and poverty-stricken areas. She graduated and received her High School diploma in 2020 but decided against pursuing a college degree shortly afterward. The reason behind it was due to her lack of financial support and failing to earn any scholarships. Her teenage years comprised some of her life's most unforgettable moments. She would be manipulated into becoming a member of a street gang, she would lose access to her father when he was sentenced to prison, and her first legal occupation was as an exotic dancer.
As she became older and matured, Kwanisha would meet positive influences that changed her life for the better. She may have grown up poor, and life as an exotic dancer may be shameful, but she was responsible enough to save the money she earned over time which led to her being able to comfortably leave her past in the past. She became a gang dropout at the age of nineteen and moved out of her neighborhood into a safer environment with the help of her friends.
These positive influences stuck with and shaped her future into what it is today. She currently resides in a home situated in Downtown Vinewood and owns a vehicle. The majority of her friends today are business owners with their own property. Most of them are successful and Kwanisha recognizes and aspires to be this. She no longer wants her success to be determined by her attractiveness but instead wishes to pursue a career that she could be proud of. Kwanisha has experienced life with many limitations, but one thing that she always had was common sense. This common sense was enough for her to know that finances are not what is most important in life, but knowledge. She studied and educated herself on many subjects and it developed into a passion for learning.
As the start of a new year approached, Kwanisha often thought about what type of career she could pursue and how she would do it, but she never settled on one until she thought about why she would do it. She remembered how she would play with her relatives and friends as a child, usually choosing the role of a nurturer or nurse. This reminded her of her childhood dream of wanting to be a nurturer, a skill that comes easily to her because of how compassionate she had always been. She was not able to afford an education at an educational institution, so she settled upon enrolling in an internal nursing education program with the savings that she accumulated over time as a dancer. Her previous occupation may have been shameful, and she was shameless, but she is far from not being intelligent or consistently motivated enough to pursue a legitimate career despite the potential loss in financial gains.
