Upon moving to the State, I have been exploring my qualities as a person and the way I can positively impact the community. When working with people in the ER, there is a level of understanding the heightened emotions and stress not only for the people attending for help but also for the staff that are there to support them.
I believe that I have qualities that enable me to provide a level of comfort and support during these highly stressful environments. Patience, resilience, empathy, and eagerness to learn new things are some of the attributes that I pride myself in holding when supporting people of the community. I can approach every scenario with a fresh mind and evaluating all of the pivotal information before making rash decisions or acting on them in terms of the wellbeing of others.
I am always supportive in ensuring that I have all the relevant information when talking to people about their needs and I like to listen to them during times of distress. Approaching all people with the mindset of allowing them to express their feelings and concerns before providing them with a solution – to ensure that I am gathering all information on their emotional wellbeing in addition to their physical. It excites me that every day is a learning opportunity and that there is always more for me to learn, irrespective of where I am in my career – I am always able to then seize CPD opportunities to expand my knowledge.
While applying for this role, I am eager to bring my kindness to Pillbox and offer my support to those in need whilst also learning all the procedures asked of me as a student. The medical profession is something that has always peaked my interest and so, I have done reading and research in the past about certain aspects of this career and the opportunities there is to progress.

The youngest of the three siblings and also the only girl - the sweetheart of the family. A bubbly character who likes to bring mischief to her brothers and her thrill seeking ways are the roots of her personality. Growing up invested in sports and having the desire to be the best, over the boys of course. She attending school to learn engineering basics and get a job to save and fund her move to the city. She joins her brother in LS to race amongst the best, to make a name for herself. Outlandish for an Anderson but determined nevertheless. Upon joining her brother in the city, she dabbled in motorsports with the local series running at the right time but ended up finding troubles along the way. Violet, having to drop out of racing, decided that she wanted to try something more fulfilling to her surrounding community. Her kind and patient nature being the foundation to her inspiration of the medical sector. Violet always wants to learn and progress, this being the first stepping stone in a successful career for her. In her spare time, Violet loves being outdoors, socializing with the important people in her immediate circle. She makes positive and lasting relationships with all of who she meets, valuing her friendships dearly. She always approaches situations with positivity in order for her to learn and grow as a person and understand all walks of life as she works hard in getting to know new people.
