6. MOTIVATIONAL LETTER- 6.1) Submit your motivational letter down below, describing why you wish to join us, why we should choose you rather than someone else and why the qualities required from this job correspond to you: (max. 800 words)
Dear Hiring Committe,
I'd like to start by expressing my opinions about the medical world in general and why I'd like to have a chance to show my abilities in your hospital. I strongly believe that overall health in public enterprises should be taken quite seriously, thus I started my residency in Rhode Island, St. Joseph's Hospital. During my time there, I had the chance to treat patients from middle and lower income societies. There, I've learned to push my limits towards accomplishing as much as I can with few available tools and time.
Being too keen on internal medicine, moreover the Hematology branch, I could not deny the job offer I received from ULSA, as their physician who will mostly keep track of the blood drives and drug tests of the students and athletes. I'd like to say both of these experiences have contributed to my mindset of working in the public health services, combining my previous knowledge and recent experiences. Even though I come from a different part of the country, both geographically and demographically, I am comprehensively familiar with adapting myself to the new environments, having completed my bachelor's in Italy, at Politecnico di Milano. There's no doubt in me that both parties, Pillbox Hill and I, will come out triumphant from this settlement.
Considering myself quite the idealistic follower of medicinal science, I wish to pursue a career making the bodies of residents of Los Santos better and keeping them healthy. As a young doctor in search of professional satisfaction, I find the Pillbox Hill Medical Center a suitable place to explore opportunities and difficulties that come with work, while contributing to this enchanted environment of science. I personally pledge to make myself available at all times and give one hundred percent focus of my body and my mind towards realizing those ideals, in accordance with the administration's. Therefore, I'd be more than honored to be given the opportunity to show my efforts in your hospital, caring for those who are in need of medical attention.
Sincerely,
Alexandra Yonescu, MD.

8.9) What's the backstory of your character? Provide information in regards to your character's childhood, education, past jobs, hobbies, motivations, future goals, and everything else you find relevant:
Alexandra was born in Rhode Island, to a Romanian well-off family who were master tradesmen in the financial industry. She was brought up around servants, butlers and nannies, people who always served her.
Her caring attitude and sensitivity towards healing living beings started at a very early age, at 4. Her childhood was troubled and isolated, her parents were so focused on bringing up the most perfect child, they swamped Alexandra with their own dreams and hobbies, having her take different courses in different subjects; music, science, sports. Only in her teenage years did she begin to "normalize" and fit in through the crowd. She was finally allowed to do the things which her peers did. Due to her foul environment when growing up, she was never such a social butterfly. However, this never stopped her from caring for the patients and medicinal science. Nowadays, she tries to look normal and talks normal even though she still possesses concerns about socializing and getting to know new people.
Being a spectacular student in med school, she finished it swiftly and got a degree without any delay. She went back to her birthplace to start her residency. After receiving a job offer during her residency, she decided to travel to Los Santos to follow up on that offer. She was promised the city would be fruitful in every way. It was clear to her that the city promised so many chances for the newcomers. Although ULSA was not the perfect place for an idealistic doctor like Alexandra. She lived for her profession and she constantly wanted to do more.
