I am willing to dedicate most of my time to this department and pursue to be a hard-working Human Resource. Another aspect as to why I could be the right candidate is because I am always opting to reach my goals and act in the most professional way.
Furthermore, the way how I work is team-orientated and progressive, as I try to do my best to solve problems smoothly. Another aspect is the importance of my behaviour for me. I am always trying to be respectful and kind towards the community and my colleagues. Further traits that can be said about myself are that I am a loyal and truthful person, who is aiming to be fair and honest.
The standards I am trying to meet at all times have been affected by my bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology. My studies have opened my eyes to how to interact with people.

Rehan Banks was born on February 14, 1993, at Pillbox Hill Medical Center. Back at that time, his mom had recently moved from Mexico to Los Santos as she wished for a better future for herself and her future son. Despite moving to Los Santos, they were having issues paying the monthly bills because they could not find good jobs. He had been raised in a rough zone, where drug dealing and thefts were on the agenda. In his teenage years, he used to hang out with some friends; they were the wrong people for Rehan, they always tried to get Rehan into trouble with the law, taking part in activities such as drug dealing or robberies. He's been always smarter than them, so he always tried to keep himself away from these things, until one of his friends got shot, and later died. At the same time, the situation of his mother at home was not improving. Due to her divorce, she had accumulated a large sum of debts to pay to the lawyers. This issue was something significant to Rehan because they were forced to move into a motel. The young man decided to undertake Sociology at University, finishing his studies with the highest average. After graduation, he continued working as a waiter until he decided to resign to find a better job. Rehan had the opportunity to work within a real estate company for a long time. He resigned after a couple of years because in the last years, he was not satisfied with his career and his colleagues. This is when Rehan finds the opportunity to apply for the PHMC as a Human Resource, trying to initiate and pursue a career there.
Mainly he would like to pursue a better career and challenge himself because of his degree in Sociology, he would like to be useful to the community and use what he has studied for a long time.
