Rykov Ilyich is an American-Russian guy who was raised and grew up on the outskirts of LS. His parents died at a young age, which made his grandma adopt him and raise him as her own. He was a fast learner, which characterized his personality; growing up without parents led to him being more dependent since his childhood. He completed high school with excellent degrees, so his grandma decided to send him to college at her expense.
