Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to you following a long-arduous journey of studies at the university a few miles away from your excellent hospital. Given my location, I was fortunate enough to be based here for the years I studied medicine at ULSA. I had the fantastic opportunity to observe the excellent staff and experienced physicians that your hospital has hired to serve the people of Los Santos. It makes logical sense to apply for the residency program at this hospital to allow the skills taught to me, to flourish at your establishment. I am a highly motivated individual wanting to continue my studies amongst the best in the state. I understand that the program will be difficult, but I know that my grit, and determination in the course of medicine will prevail. I live near the hospital and am available logistically at short notice for teaching, or work, or short-notice overtime which I hope will be beneficial to the hospital in itself. I look forward to hearing from you, and can't wait to show you what I have to give if I am afforded an interview.

Harry Phelps is a twenty-seven-year-old individual who was born and raised in-state by his mother in the Vespucci area. Phelps was raised in a struggling household on Tug Street, his mother worked two back-to-back jobs so found himself alone a lot of the time which he enjoyed. He was an isolated, intelligent individual who excelled at school and was awarded a scholarship as part of a scheme through the LS Government allowing Harry to stay at home, and study at the prestigious ULSA. Whilst Medicine wasn't his first choice he selected a couple of modules, and a major about the sciences and eligible for pre-medicine. During this time he found a passion for healthcare and continued his studies through the medicine route. Beyond his studies Phelps was successful wide-reciever for the LS Beavers where he partook in college football, he was good but wasn't good enough for the NFL draft. He continued his studies at the university until he completed, and applied for his M.D. at the beginning of 2024.
